SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--Health Enhancement Products, Inc. (OTCBB: HEPI - News ) announced today it has signed a contract with Suarez Corporation Industries, Inc., ("SCI"), a diversified distribution company based in North Canton, Ohio. The Testing Agreement gives Suarez the exclusive right to test market the ProAlgaZyme product, as a dietary supplement/weight loss product, for a period of six weeks. Suarez intends to test market HEPI's ProAlgaZyme product under the private label "AlgaHEALTH." During the six-week testing phase, SCI is expected to advertise in several different mediums with varying ads to determine which ads and which demographics are best for the sale of the product. SCI will purchase from HEPI any ProAlgaZyme product required in connection with the test marketing. If the marketing proves successful, HEPI has agreed to negotiate a potential exclusive contract with SCI for the sale of the ProAlgaZyme product (under private label) as a weight loss product. HEPI would require that any exclusive arrangement be based on guaranteed minimum revenues to HEPI.
