SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 3, 2006--Health Enhancement Products, Inc, (OTCBB:HEPI - News) announced today that it has appointed Dr. Mark L. Anderson to its Scientific Review Board. Dr. Anderson is the Director of Research and Development for Triarco Industries, where he manages the systematic research and development of new and existing, patented and branded dietary supplement products. Previously, he was Project Leader for Emisphere Technologies, Inc, where he was responsible for the scientific and managerial aspects of the pre-clinical development of a novel oral delivery system for heparin. Dr. Anderson is the author of many manuscripts and publications and has approximately ten years of experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology drug development, and also has experience in dietary supplement research, development and marketing.
